Series of 10 graphic works. It is a combination of photography and digital painting. Photos were made in industrial area of Basel called Dreispitz. This unique place is going to become heavily transformed in coming years. Following Herzog&deMeuron’s masterplan, architectural competitions involving most talented Basel and World architects are being organised. Just to mention latest competition for “Transitlager” that has been won by BIG Architects. Some of the projects are already under development and even finished making the changes becoming more and more apparent. The graphics are an attempt to present an industrial origin of the place in an abstract way. Blurring the border of what’s existing and what’s artistic interfernce is in a way emphasizing character of the place and helping to achieve interesting effect.
